Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process across multiple teams, ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience.
  • Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to find and assess top talent efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Keep our ATS (Ashby) organized, accurate, and full of useful insights by updating hiring metrics regularly.
  • Help build our employer brand by partnering with marketing, managing our Glassdoor presence, and applying for top employer awards.
  • Support the People Help Desk by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with employee administration tasks, like UKG maintenance, reporting, and work permit tracking.
  • Play a key role in onboarding by coordinating pre-boarding activities, swag distribution, benefits enrollment, and our KOHO Academy.
  • Keep our internal communications fresh and engaging through Notion updates, Stand-Ups, and People & Culture newsletters.
  • Help plan and execute employee events that build connection and community, including Hub Days and Camp KOHO.
