Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience as a global full cycle recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced, growing environment. Proven track record in recruiting, with consistent results. Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices. Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and resume databases. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently after learning curve. Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service.
