Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience as a global full cycle recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced, growing environment. Proven track record in recruiting, with consistent results. Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices. Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and resume databases. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently after learning curve. Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service. Sense of urgency and confidentiality. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Able to sit for long periods of time. Flexible to work outside of business hours if needed.
Responsibilities:
Recruit for positions across all practice areas and regions, with a focus on North America. Conduct full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers. Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Manage multiple positions simultaneously, working independently and collaboratively. Communicate status of openings and recruiting efforts to internal teams and stakeholders. Strategically use social media and sourcing tools to create and maintain a candidate pipeline. Vet candidates and understand hiring manager needs. Develop deep understanding of local job markets and adapt strategies. Deliver outstanding and responsive customer service to internal clients. Contribute to recruiting process improvement efforts. Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape. Participate in ad-hoc special projects.
