Owning full-cycle recruiting primarily for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering—while stepping in to support technical and G&A roles as needed. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on scorecarding, bias mitigation, and closing strategies. Sourcing and engaging passive talent to build high-quality pipelines. Driving an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and efficient processes.
