Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience with strong business and financial aptitude; MBA desirable.
  • 10 or more years of experience in project delivery engineering operations or manufacturing technical program management.
  • 5 or more years of leadership in GMP manufacturing facility design, construction, startup, engineering, and/or operations.
  • Demonstrated business development success, with the ability to sell services and expand client relationships.
  • Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: Capital Projects, Facilities Engineering, Process, Automation, CQV, and/or Project Management.
  • Ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of project delivery for laboratory and/or manufacturing facilities and operations in regulated industries such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, or advanced therapeutics.
  • Exceptional senior customer relationship and client management skills.
  • Visionary thinker with ability to create strategies for growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with presenting to executive level audiences.
  • Experience with FDA, EMA, and global GMP regulatory requirements and inspections (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational delivery of projects across the regional portfolio.
  • Establish productive relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and execute regional account strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with A/E, MEP, and construction firms.
  • Drive visibility through industry events and marketing initiatives.
  • Build productive relationships with Commercial, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Update leadership on strategic account plans, accomplishments, and financial results.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage regional P&L.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization.
  • Create a culture of inclusion and recognition.
