15+ years of experience in sales. At least 7+ years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of driving new software and service sales in a software reseller, SaaS, or enterprise software environment. Strong expertise in B2B sales, account management, and value-based selling. Experience working with PTC software or similar industrial/engineering software is highly desirable. Proven track record of exceptional leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals. Good organizational skills, ability to work independently. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
