Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in business development or sales. 5+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field. Experience in the medical field or healthcare advisory. Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth. Proven success in selling to providers. Experience with CRM systems. Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers and partners. Lead RFP responses, negotiations, and contract close. Represent OnMed at industry events and forums. Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues.
