Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

3-5 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment. Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS solutions, preferably Beeline. Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS. Strong understanding of system integration concepts. Experience supporting cross-functional implementations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Collaborate with stakeholders on Beeline implementation requirements. Configure and develop changes in Workday HCM for Beeline integration. Conduct testing of configuration changes. Deploy approved configuration changes to production. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues. Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes. Provide recommendations on Workday HCM configuration best practices.
