🔍 Human Capital Management

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS (Vendor Management System) solutions, preferably Beeline.
  • Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and experience supporting cross-functional implementations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including HR Technology teams, project teams, and business partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Technology (HCM & Integrations), HR Contingent Worker, and Implementation Project teams, to align on requirements and deliverables for the Beeline implementation.
  • Configure and develop changes in Workday HCM to support Beeline integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Deploy approved configuration changes to production following established governance and change control processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance.
  • Provide recommendations on configuration best practices to optimize Workday HCM functionality within the context of the Beeline implementation.
