🔍 Talent Lifecycle / HR Technology
- 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM.
- Lead 5+ Workday Talent deployments (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Skills).
- Experience configuring the Workday application.
- Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required.
- Passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients.
- Interest in the Talent and HR space.
- Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, and being a team player.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices, especially around Workday Talent, Performance, and Recruiting.
- Build consensus around business processes and design.
- Configure the Workday application.
- Understand the broader business context.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the 'Skill Squad'.
- Mentor and develop less experienced Consultants on the team.
- Participate in internal strategic priorities and projects.
