Requirements:
2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM. Lead 5+ Workday Talent deployments (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Skills). Experience configuring the Workday application. Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required. Passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients. Interest in the Talent and HR space. Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Organizational skills. Oral and written communication skills. Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, and being a team player. College degree preferred. Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices, especially around Workday Talent, Performance, and Recruiting. Build consensus around business processes and design. Configure the Workday application. Understand the broader business context. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the 'Skill Squad'. Mentor and develop less experienced Consultants on the team. Participate in internal strategic priorities and projects.
