Senior Design Operations Manager

5+ years of professional experience in Design Operations, Program Management, or a similar operational role. Proven expertise in mapping, optimizing, and scaling complex design workflows. Deep working familiarity with modern design technology, especially Figma. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Meticulous organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with AI-powered tools that streamline design processes.

Identify and address bottlenecks in the end-to-end design lifecycle. Design, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for the Design organization. Partner with Design Leadership to manage project prioritization and team capacity. Establish a central repository for operational knowledge. Define and champion best practices for design technology like Figma. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies for the design stack. Plan, logistics, and facilitate key design team rituals. Develop and execute an onboarding program for new design team members. Manage internal and external communications for the design team.
