Requirements:
4–6 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume and salaried hiring. Demonstrated experience owning recruiting strategy or leading a recruiting function. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build diverse, high-quality pipelines. Experience partnering with senior leaders on headcount planning and hiring strategy. Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred). Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions. Experience with structured interviewing and equitable selection processes. Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Own the company-wide recruiting function. Develop annual and quarterly hiring strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly Operations roles. Source, engage, and assess candidates for salaried roles. Ensure a fair, structured, and inclusive candidate experience. Support employer brand initiatives. Build and track recruiting metrics and KPIs. Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
