12+ years of relevant product design experience. Bachelor’s degree in design related field. Professional portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in handling complex, data-heavy interfaces. Expert-level knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Extensive UX experience working in a B2B business with enterprise customers. Demonstrated ability to deliver UX and UI prototypes for validation and implementation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience with marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.

Lead the design, prototyping, and evaluation of the overall usability and adoptability of Northbeam’s products. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements and designs. Develop a strong UX/UI vision for the Northbeam platform. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs. Iteratively deliver and enhance products. Mentor other designers and create and nurture partnerships with brand and marketing teams. Responsible for e-2-e experience design and feature design from concept to execution.
