5+ years of experience as a People Operations specialist, generalist, or equivalent. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing complex leave of absence programs and HR compliance, legal, and/or policy work. Experience using Workday (as an administrator). Experience and/or interest in managing DEIB initiatives, such as ERG programs. Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Be highly organized and detail-oriented. Be comfortable working in ambiguous, ever-changing environments.
