Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–6 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience, including direct experience with payroll administration. Strong knowledge of employment laws, wage and hour compliance, FLSA classification, and leave administration. Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism, and empathy.

Administer payroll processing and audits. Facilitate new hire onboarding. Manage the People & Culture inbox. Support offboarding processes. Administer employee benefits and perks. Administer workplace accommodations. Maintain and update the organizational chart. Maintain HRIS recordkeeping and reporting. Manage employee change processes. Ensure compliance with I-9s, FLSA, and wage and hour requirements. Manage leave of absence processes. Facilitate trainings. Support policy education and enforcement. Track People & Culture expenses and manage budget reporting. Manage the virtual office. Provide general support for People & Culture initiatives.
