3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments Comfortable recruiting across multiple role types (technical, creative, operations, client-facing, leadership) Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates Confident running structured screens and making recommendations Skilled at managing multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks Able to build and refine checklists, templates, and simple processes Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) Comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting Clear, concise communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders Comfortable giving hiring managers structured updates Able to work as an independent contractor (for Canada/LatAm), managing own taxes, benefits, and compliance Comfortable working U.S.-aligned business hours
