1-3 years of Workday integration development experience.
Experience delivering 3-5 Workday deployments.
Certified in Workday Integrations or Orchestrate.
Workday Talent, Learning, and Recruiting expertise preferred.
Experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, and EIBs.
Knowledge of Extend, PRISM, and Reporting preferred.
Prior experience in middleware such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or Workato.
Coding experience in Web Development (Backend), Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT.
Experience in RPA tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
Previous software consulting and deployment experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining and supporting Workday integrations to/from third-party systems using Workday integration tools.
Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
Provide consultative advice and recommendations to clients, applying best practices.
Develop trusted relationships with project teams, management, and external clients.
Prepare detailed technical documentation.
Manage full development life cycle across multiple client projects with limited supervision.
Stay updated on Workday concepts and new features.
Provide internal guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Participate in internal initiatives for process improvements and best practice documentation.
Engage in Workday Community to understand trends and updates.
