Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support Basic understanding BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support Must be present at client’s location Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred
