Senior Consultant, Change Management

4+ years as a hands-on Change Management Consultant for transformation programs. Proven organizational change management toolkit (strategy, planning, assessment, training, metrics). Experience designing change solutions for digital, data, analytics, and AI transformations. Ability to translate technical change into people impacts. Solid literacy in cloud/data environments (cloud infrastructure, data platforms, governance; Snowflake and/or AWS a plus). Strong collaboration and delivery track record with clients and teams. High ownership and quality bar. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with change frameworks, tools, and best practices. Relevant professional certifications strongly preferred. Willingness to travel as required by clients.

Develop and execute change management strategies. Build organizational readiness and accelerate cultural shifts for data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Design communication, training, and adoption programs. Manage organizational resistance and ensure sustainable change. Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with clients. Support the expansion of the Advisory practice by developing content and participating in thought leadership.
