  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical deep dives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Partner with Sr. Account Directors to accelerate deal cycles by removing technical blockers and ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Provide strategic input on proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and customer presentations.
  • Identify common objections and proactively develop responses to strengthen our competitive position.
  • Assist in refining sales collateral, playbooks, and value propositions to align with industry trends and customer challenges.
  • Answer technical questions related to distributed systems, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, security, and performance at scale.
