Requirements:

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle implementation experience required, covering both front-end and back-end processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management processes, tools, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Experian Health's products.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
• Willingness to travel (less than 25%).

Responsibilities:

• Manage client implementation of Experian products from kick-off through transition.
• Collaborate to ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met.
• Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio.
• Work closely with sales on pre-sale components and scoping.
• Understand and utilize Experian Health's suite of products within various client settings.
• Leverage existing workflow strategies to embed and enhance products within client workflows.
