Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in revenue operations or sales operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing and reporting in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize the tech stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Automation Platforms, and quoting tools to support cross-functional operations.
  • Update, improve, and integrate systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide training and support to users on systems and tools.
  • Streamline lead management, opportunity management, customer engagement workflows; manage and track effective campaigns.
  • Maintain updated GTM playbooks and documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing, sales, customer success, and finance processes and systems.
  • Use data and resources to identify, qualify, and route high-quality leads to the sales team, enhancing lead generation and conversion.
  • Coordinate conference and events-related activity.
  • Ensure data cleanliness, comprehensiveness, integrity, and accessibility across systems, enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metrics, providing regular insights to guide decision-making.
  • Partner closely with the CRO and COO to ensure strategic objectives are met and data-driven decisions are made. Communicate insights, trends, and opportunities.
