"Focus Fridays" provide dedicated time for deep work quarterly. This commitment ensures a healthy work-life balance for our team. For fully-remote team members, we host regular local and virtual events to build connection. We also provide a home-office stipend for remote employees.

Engineering at Headspace

Engineers at Headspace solve complex challenges in delivering accessible mental health care. You will build scalable AI models and applications from inception to production. This includes conversational AI systems and personalization. Our teams drive the design and evolution of our internal ML platform. We integrate multi-modal data for demand forecasting and optimization. You will work with cutting-edge technology to shape mental health care delivery. Expertise in big data technologies like Redshift, S3, and Databricks is crucial. We use Python, SQL, and ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Our teams are also pioneering new uses of AI in analytics and forecasting. We focus on continuous skill development in clinical expertise and technology.
