Sales Engineer

Bachelor’s degree including technical studies, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or deployment role. Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts, protocols, and enterprise infrastructure. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting wireless network devices and software. Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and APIs.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of software and configurations onto enterprise wireless networks. Work closely with customer IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges. Act as a technical advisor to customers post-deployment, providing training and gathering feedback.
