Requirements:
- Experience in startup environments, preferably with complex enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing projects from start to finish.
- Commercial experience resulting in business growth, preferably in customer success, consulting, project management, or similar roles.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills comfortable with senior stakeholders and industry experts.
- Knowledge of the utility or energy sector or forestry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in Latin America and the US.
- Conduct new customer onboarding, leading kick-offs and discovery calls, and coordinating progress calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and success drivers.
- Coordinate with the technical delivery lead for planning and execution.
- Work closely with the product team to inform and influence the product roadmap.
- Renew contracts and grow customer accounts.
- Participate in field visits.
