Requirements:
Experience in startup environments, preferably with complex enterprise solutions. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing projects from start to finish. Commercial experience resulting in business growth, preferably in customer success, consulting, project management, or similar roles. Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional presentation skills comfortable with senior stakeholders and industry experts. Knowledge of the utility or energy sector or forestry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in Latin America and the US. Conduct new customer onboarding, leading kick-offs and discovery calls, and coordinating progress calls. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and success drivers. Coordinate with the technical delivery lead for planning and execution. Work closely with the product team to inform and influence the product roadmap. Renew contracts and grow customer accounts. Participate in field visits.
