Requirements:
  • Experience in startup environments, preferably with complex enterprise solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing projects from start to finish.
  • Commercial experience resulting in business growth, preferably in customer success, consulting, project management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills comfortable with senior stakeholders and industry experts.
  • Knowledge of the utility or energy sector or forestry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in Latin America and the US.
  • Conduct new customer onboarding, leading kick-offs and discovery calls, and coordinating progress calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and success drivers.
  • Coordinate with the technical delivery lead for planning and execution.
  • Work closely with the product team to inform and influence the product roadmap.
  • Renew contracts and grow customer accounts.
  • Participate in field visits.
