Build and expand relationships with hospitals and medical facilities across Houston. Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. Conduct needs assessments and present repair solutions to customers. Travel monthly to San Antonio, Dallas, and/or Austin to support territory development. Support client onboarding and ensure smooth service integration. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service needs. Maintain clear communication with internal operations, leadership, and technicians to resolve customer issues. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Execute sales plans to meet territory goals. Leverage CRM tools to track activity, pipeline progress, and customer history. Participate in ongoing training.
