Requirements:

• Active/established Tennis player and/or coach with a passion for growing the game.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and complete tasks from ideation to execution to measurement.
• Energetic, focused, charismatic, and ambitious attitude.
• Passion to educate and sell, focused on solutions.
• Digital/social marketing proficiency - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to convince/sell/recruit and network within tennis.
• Ability to document and give feedback from clients to certain UTR team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Perfect follow through, extreme ownership, and highly responsive.
• Professionalism, integrity, honesty, and ability to confidently represent UTR.
• Preferred undergraduate college degree or appropriate 2+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driving new players to sign up and play in Flex Leagues.
• Ongoing communication with existing players to keep them returning for more.
• Personal outreach via email, call, and text to tennis contacts (i.e. players, friends, coaches, tennis influencers).
• Announcement email introducing yourself as the representative in your market and monthly email/text to members/players/coaches to promote the upcoming sessions.
• Inclusion of UT Flex Leagues in your digital channels such as newsletters and social media.
• Hosting meetings with local clubs, facilities, tennis shops, and key coaches to promote Flex Leagues.
• Driving brand awareness using on-site flyers, banners, netsigns, etc.
• Distribution of provided UT Flex Leagues collateral/signage and business cards at your facility and other local tennis facilities.
