Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles (experience in educational settings preferred). Property & Casualty license required. FINRA Series 6 & 63 may be required later. Strong product knowledge and ability to explain complex benefits. Proven sales ability from interest through enrollment. Excellent seminar presentation and event coordination skills. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess seminar performance and refine strategies. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% nationally.
