Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles (experience in educational settings preferred). Property & Casualty license (required) FINRA Series 6 & 63 may be required at a later date. Strong product knowledge with ability to clearly explain complex benefits. Proven sales ability. Excellent seminar presentation and event coordination skills. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess seminar performance and refine strategies. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% nationally.
