Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles (experience in educational settings preferred). Property & Casualty license required. FINRA Series 6 & 63 may be required later. Strong product knowledge and ability to explain complex benefits. Proven sales ability from interest through enrollment. Excellent seminar presentation and event coordination skills. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess seminar performance and refine strategies. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% nationally.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging seminars to teachers about product features and benefits. Generate leads and guide participants through the enrollment process. Schedule, organize, and manage seminar sessions. Maintain required licenses and stay current with product updates. Foster ongoing relationships with educators. Collaborate with internal teams to refine content and strategies.
