Bachelor's in real estate, business, finance (or similar) 1-3 years in CRE acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, or soles (retail preferred) Proven cold-caller and deal hunter; disciplined follow-up Working knowledge of zoning, site planning, and pro forma mechanics Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and PM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Monday.com) Valid driver's license Willing and able to travel extensively Self-starter who thrives with limited structure and high accountability
