- Conduct 10–15 inbound evaluation calls per week with pre-qualified prospects.
- Lead discovery conversations about prospects’ businesses, goals, and gaps across real estate business models.
- Present Boardroom membership to qualified prospects.
- Convert evaluation calls into invitation calls when there is alignment.
- Enroll new members through the invitation-call process.
- Maintain an accurate HubSpot pipeline and detailed call notes after every appointment.
- Represent the Boardroom brand professionally on Zoom.
- Attend quarterly in-person events and virtual sessions.
