GiveWell is a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding and funding outstanding giving opportunities in global health and development. You'll join a mission-driven team focused on rigorous, evidence-based research to identify the programs that maximize impact per dollar spent. Since 2007, GiveWell has directed over $2.6 billion to cost-effective interventions, saving an estimated 340,000 lives. In 2024 alone, GiveWell directed $397 million to high-impact programs, supporting 34 organizations across 22 countries. This includes supporting initiatives like seasonal malaria chemoprevention, antimalarial nets, vaccine incentivization, and vitamin A supplementation.

While many staff work remotely across the US and internationally, there are opportunities for in-person collaboration at offices in Oakland, CA, Brooklyn, NYC, and London, UK, including regular optional visit weeks and annual retreats.
