Create and lead ambitious research agendas Answer complex questions and inform high-impact grantmaking decisions Combine rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment Communicate externally about GiveWell's work Mentor and advise other members of the team Shape research agenda with rigor and creativity Execute research agenda through evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, expert discussions, and judgment Potentially transition into a Program Officer role
