- Identify and develop business opportunities with private clients, corporate customers, luxury brands and international partners.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and commercial projects.
- Develop proposals, commercial pricing and project budgets.
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through contract negotiation and delivery.
- Maintain relationships with distilleries, independent bottlers, cask brokers and suppliers, and source whisky stocks and bottling solutions.
- Coordinate bottling facilities, packaging suppliers, designers and logistics partners, including pricing and production schedules.
- Manage bespoke whisky projects from concept to completion, including selection, bottling, labelling, packaging and presentation.
- Oversee production schedules, supplier performance, quality control, project budgets, timelines and profitability.
- Coordinate international fulfilment, export documentation and specialist delivery requirements.
- Support day-to-day operations, commercial strategy, financial monitoring and operational processes, and report progress to directors.
