Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting from 50 people to hundreds
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to ensure repeatable hiring operations
Own Greenhouse as the system of record, ensuring proper configuration, structure, and data hygiene
Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on recruiting KPIs and OKRs
Manage coordination across the full recruiting pipeline, including interview scheduling and candidate management
Prioritize recruiting searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals
Support sourcing activities, including company research and candidate outreach on LinkedIn
