Corporate Counsel

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience post-law school.
• 2+ years as in-house counsel for a consumer-facing technology company.
• In-depth experience with drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Expertise in data privacy regulations and cybersecurity laws (GDPR, CCPA).
• Privacy by design experience, CIPP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Experience in international business expansion.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable accredited law school.
• Active bar membership, licensed to practice law.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Independent, self-driven with business acumen.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate various corporate contracts and agreements.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contractual terms.
• Review and evolve privacy policies for compliance.
• Create legal roadmap for international market expansion.
• Understand employment laws related to HR matters.
• Protect intellectual property rights.
• Manage comprehensive insurance program.
• Develop and maintain corporate governance policies.
• Work with outside counsel and manage corporate transactions.
