Proven experience integrating major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and various CMS platforms.
Hands-on experience with MarTech tools like HubSpot, Heap, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Strong understanding of application and cloud network security, with hands-on experience in secure integration design.

💡 Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of internal system integrations, ensuring robust and secure solutions across CRMs, ERPs, CMS platforms, and MarTech tools.
Collaborate closely with IT leadership, including CIOs, to drive strategic technology decisions for mission-critical systems.
Develop and maintain an integration strategy, including a roadmap for middleware, shared services, and integration patterns, ensuring operational efficiency and system reliability.
Oversee and manage integration security standards and compliance, particularly around data protection, IAM, and key management best practices.
Facilitate architecture reviews and continuously improve integration processes by utilizing performance metrics to optimize system uptime, data accuracy, and latency.
Partner with engineering teams and product management to define requirements, ensuring seamless data flows across platforms and improving business decision-making through effective data strategy.
