Growth Marketing Manager

Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, building and managing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and create opportunities for the Commercial team.
Drive pipeline acceleration programs that move opportunities through the funnel faster and improve conversion at each stage.
Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs against target accounts in partnership with Sales.
Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, events, email, paid, and content programs.
Own lead management, scoring, routing, and attribution, and maintain a reporting framework that ties campaigns to pipeline.
Manage the marketing automation platform and its integration with Salesforce to ensure clean data and reliable lead flow.
Partner closely with Sales on shared pipeline goals and service-level agreements.
