Geotechnical Project Manager

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong proficiency in geotechnical analysis software. Experience in mentoring junior staff members. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction. Lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality standards. Supervise field personnel, including technicians and drillers, ensuring smooth execution and safety compliance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project records, including testing, analysis, and correspondence.
