Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of combined pharmaceutical agency experience in Accounts and Project Management.
- Experience with direct client contact.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical communications experience preferred.
- Experience with MLR review processes preferred.
- Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs preferred.
- Hands-on experience with online submission systems like Zinc or Veeva preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with team members regarding project status and ongoing information.
- Support the Client Services team with new business initiatives and organic growth opportunities.
- Coordinate pitch presentations and RFPs.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned projects.
- Implement projects to ensure success and profitability of client deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and identify potential roadblocks in collaboration with the Project Management team.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process.
- Prepare client contact reports, contribute to proposals, and monitor project budgets.
