Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or IT
- Experience in training and onboarding individuals to cloud-based solutions
- Natural tech-savvy with enthusiasm for systems growth
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Systems thinker with a growth mindset
- Previous experience working with remote teams
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Admin experience in Salesforce or other systems (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the selection, use and adoption of company tech stack
- Monitor system releases, software updates, and security compliance
- Facilitate platform renewals and digital tool procurement
- Maintain data governance standards including file organization and permissions
- Coordinate with third-party IT support vendor and equipment inventory
- Lead internal adoption initiatives, training, and troubleshooting support
- Drive AI adoption best practices and lead AI focus groups
