Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment or previous sales experience.
- Passionate about the company mission to help people with cancer.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology including Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Ability to learn new technologies with minimal guidance.
- Start-up adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment.
- Maintain a private, quiet, and secure working environment for HIPAA compliance.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access.
- Available for a shift of 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to eligible members to inform them of Thyme Care’s services and ways to support their cancer care journey.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with members through empathy and active listening.
- Explain program benefits to members and caregivers to facilitate enrollment.
- Obtain consent from members and conduct enrollment surveys.
- Identify and escalate any urgent member needs.
- Document member needs and preferences to enable quality care.
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to meet quality and productivity goals.
