Requirements
- Deep, native-level knowledge of Reddit culture and community dynamics.
- Proven marketing background in fields such as social media, content, SEO, or AEO/GEO.
- Ability to write in an authentic, human voice rather than as a corporate marketer.
- Comfortable representing a brand openly and using one's name.
- Strong judgment to determine the appropriate tone and approach for brand interaction.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the brands represented.
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage in community conversations by commenting, posting, and running AMAs on behalf of a brand.
- Respond to high-priority threads where the brand is discussed or compared, ideally within one hour and at most within 24 hours.
- Build and moderate a dedicated subreddit for the client to serve as an official community home.
- Monitor Reddit threads to identify and flag actionable buyer sentiment and market feedback.
- Deliver monthly community intelligence insights to the client based on community monitoring.
- Attend 1–2 hours of weekly meetings with the internal team, engineers, and clients.
