Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
  • Command of analytical thinking skills for data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and collaborating at all levels.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
  • Proven ability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and obtain buy-in for product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, and launch phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
  • Define key performance metrics and analyze data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mentor junior PMs on best practices and support their professional development.
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews to analyze product execution and revenue accomplishments.
