Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area from early vision through GA and post-GA growth.
- Demonstrated experience operating as a senior individual contributor who drives outcomes across teams without formal management authority.
- Proven experience partnering directly with enterprise customers on production AI or LLM systems regarding tracing, evaluation, governance, cost, or failure modes at scale.
- Regular, current use of multiple concurrent AI agents in your own work, run asynchronously with a trusted verification process.
- Experience representing a product area in executive-level strategy and prioritization discussions.
- Ability to demonstrate extensive use of AI tools in technical work, including specs, prototypes, evaluation, and research.
- Ability to build and shape verification and review systems for AI agents at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI Observability roadmap and track business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Drive multiple engineering and design teams in parallel toward a coherent product vision without formal management authority.
- Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to operationalize AI safely and translate their scale challenges into product requirements.
- Build working prototypes using agentic AI workflows to pressure-test ideas before engineering commitment.
- Represent the AI Observability initiative in executive strategy and prioritization decisions, including making necessary trade-off calls.
- Execute pricing, packaging, and feature iteration from GA through post-GA growth phases.
