Requirements

  • 10+ years in data- or AI-oriented product management, including launching Risk & Quality solutions powered by ML/AI.
  • Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical, regulated software products at scale.
  • Proven experience operationalizing AI/data-driven products in production, including evaluation frameworks for LLM/NLP workflows.
  • Expertise in measurement methodologies (precision/recall, false positives/negatives) and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on architecture, data pipelines, API design, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working within an AI development lifecycle (AI DLC) from data development through to deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience leading offshore/onshore teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product/AI/engineering pods to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, HCC coding, and CMS risk adjustment models.
  • Excellent narrative communicator able to influence product, engineering, clinical, and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual roadmap for the Risk & Quality AI Solutions portfolio, aligning it to company priorities and revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI-native product bets across Vatica and Cozeva product lines.
  • Design and deliver AI-native solutions using agents, OCR, NLP, and LLMs to automate clinical workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle including problem framing, evaluation, production monitoring, and iteration.
  • Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for LLM/NLP workflows using precision, recall, and false positive/negative analysis.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to client impact and efficiency gains.
  • Govern AI-related costs and ensure model effectiveness for a scalable solution suite.
  • Serve as a leader in responsible AI policy, ensuring solutions are transparent, auditable, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Mentor a high-performing product management team and implement OKRs to drive delivery.
