- Proven track record of operating in high-ambiguity environments to define problems and build solutions
- Experience driving products or systems from concept to real-world deployment
- Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and scale in software delivery
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, AI, and Go-To-Market teams
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to identify high-ROI use cases and define success metrics
- Operate in high ambiguity to shape opportunities and define requirements
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, managing trade-offs between speed, stability, and scope
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers
- Support and unblock PMs in day-to-day operations and project prioritization
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions to drive productization in collaboration with the Platform team
- Mentor and develop team members to improve product judgment
