- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for human services products, balancing client requirements, federal compliance mandates, and user needs.
- Translate complex government policies and SME inputs into prioritized user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable sprint backlogs.
- Lead engineering, design, and SME teams to design, build, and deploy high-impact tools for caseworkers and benefit recipients.
- Partner with state agency leadership, EBT processors, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system interoperability and integration.
- Create and conduct product/solution demos for potential clients.
- Track product performance, user adoption, and system reliability to modernize public assistance delivery.
