Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B or enterprise software products.
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI or machine learning-powered products from concept through general availability.
- Proven experience launching AI/ML products used by enterprise customers with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience querying or analyzing large datasets.
- Experience evaluating data quality and model performance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams involving engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing.
- Ability to develop ROI models, business cases, and executive-level product presentations.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving security, IT, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions.
- Develop clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to design experiments, manage backlogs, and evaluate AI performance.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development for go-to-market strategies.
- Build business cases, ROI models, and financial analyses for executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate data quality, integrations, and feedback loops for AI product foundations.
- Establish responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and safeguards.
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
