Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
- Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort working with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
- Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for your portion of orders related products.
- Manage products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, strategy, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Drive product decisions using customer feedback, market research, product analytics, regulatory requirements, and business value.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into meaningful product outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team(s) and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements.
- Assess product investment opportunities and incoming requests with thoughtful, data-informed analysis.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI capabilities, automation, and smarter workflows.
