Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience.
Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
Comfort working with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.

Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for your portion of orders related products.
Manage products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, strategy, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Drive product decisions using customer feedback, market research, product analytics, regulatory requirements, and business value.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into meaningful product outcomes.
Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team(s) and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements.
Assess product investment opportunities and incoming requests with thoughtful, data-informed analysis.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI capabilities, automation, and smarter workflows.
