Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within growth, marketplaces, lead generation, or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience owning and improving full customer funnels, including conversion, quality, monetization, and revenue performance.
  • Experience building new digital experiences from the ground up while also optimizing existing products and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions and evaluate trade-offs across the full funnel.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of technical product concepts, including data tracking, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives independently.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is required.
  • High level of creativity, curiosity, ownership, and initiative with a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmaps across digital experiences, media channels, and consumer-facing platforms.
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance, including conversion rates, user quality, monetization outcomes, and revenue growth.
  • Improve digital flows and user experiences through experimentation, competitive analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve product performance.
  • Design and launch new UI/UX experiences from concept to delivery, partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product systems, including user behavior, data collection, tracking, APIs, and backend data flows.
  • Analyze product performance data and transform insights into actionable strategies and business decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Balance short-term performance improvements with long-term product scalability and marketplace growth.
